Come watch the sunrise over the desert and then run down into it. It's a 50K with a little bit of everything, a more than 2,000 foot drop into the desert, a run through the beautiful desert scenery of Box Canyon, and then the climatic 5 mile climb back up via Oriflamme Canyon.  Now in its 10th year, this is one of San Diego's most popular 50K runs and sells out annually.  This year's race will be held on Saturday, April 6.  Registration is now open.

If you love the mountains, the challenge of a good, long climb and quad-pounding descents, then The Peak is for you.  Running mostly along single track trails and fire roads with spectacular views, The Peak climbs Cuyamaca Peak—San Diego County’s second highest.  The 50K, Marathon and Half Marathon distances will all put you to the test.  Both 2017 and 2018 editions sold out, so make sure to register early for the 2019 race to be held on Saturday, July 13. Registration is now open.

Here's your opportunity to run point-to-point on some of San Diego's most beautiful trails. Cruising along on a combination of single track and fire roads, the ABC 50 drops down into Cuyamaca Rancho State Park and then climbs up both Cuyamaca and Stonewall Peaks before dropping down Oriflamme Canyon into the desert. The finish at Stagecoach Trails RV Resort & Campground provides the perfect setting for post-race celebrations, meal, shower, and even the option to spend the night. Registration is now open and early indications are that the race will sell out, so make sure to register early.
